General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

So cephalosporin class of drugs like cefixime or injectable drugs like Ceftriaxone are usually required to treat typhoid fever. For amoeba infection, metronidazole is used.

You will require a doctors prescription for these medicines. For acidity of stomach, you require investigation like endoscopy to find out the cause.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
