As I am not having exact report of your widal test ( test for typhoid ), it is difficult to comment upon the diagnosis of typhoid.
Secondly if the Diagnosis of typhoid is truly established, the treatment of first choice is Iv ceftriaxone injection twice a day for seven days & it is advisable to get admitted in hospital or take strict bed rest .

But if your journey schedule is unavoidable you can have the oral medications such as Tab cefixime 200 mg two times a day after food for seven days along with the antacid such as cap omeprazole or rabeprazole 20 mg before food & tab paracetamol 500 mg if fever occurs.

But as a doctor my suggestion would be to get admitted, take strict bed rest & have proper IV antibiotic regime.
