How To Treat Upper Abdominal Pains Along With Milky Pasty Texture Vomiting?

23 years old, female. Having periodic upper abdominal pains sometimes so severe causing vomiting, vomit is a milky pasty texture, different from any other vomit from like stomach flu. Doctor said it was acid reflux but acid reducers do nothing, its not hard burn its entire upper abdomen under breast area, Been going on for 5 years, getting worse.

Upper abdominal pain along with vomiting which is referred to upper abdomen and breast area is most probably due to GERD,that is gastro esophageal reflux disorder. Your Doctor is right, unless proved otherwise by upper G I endoscopy. I would suggest you to consult a physician who may be able to perform upper G I endoscopy on you to confirm or rule out the diagnosis of GERD and may prescribe you treatment accordingly.
