How To Treat Uterine Plasticity Causing Delay To Attain Puberty?

My daughter aged 14 years and 11 months have the following problems -1) not yet happened menstruation. So, as advised by the Paediatriatian she was subjected to Scanning and it was found that overy was invisible and she has plasticized uterus. As per the advice of paediatrician I take consultation Endocrynologist. 2) Endocrinologist diagnosed as Thyroid and some hormone deficiencies. 3) Now my daughter is consuming Thyronom 50 mg. & conjugated Estrogen 0.625 mg. and 0.25 mg. which are taken on alternate days. I would like to know about invisible ovaries, side effects if any on taking the above medicines, etc.

Hi
I had gone through the question and understand your concern.
The problem.which your daughter is sufffering from is because of the deficiency of hormones.
Estrogen is mainly responsible for the pubertal changes and due to deficiency of this hormone , uterus is inactive.
So the treatment that she is taking (i.e. Thyroid and estrogen) is absolutely fine .
I hope this.information helps.
Let me.know.if you have any other queries.
Thank you.
