How To Treat Vaginal Infection Causing Painful Urination And Fluid Filled Lumps?

I have had a vaginal infection for over a month. I have terrible burning pain when I urinate and numerous fluid filled lumps on my vagina. I am 63 years old,have never had kids and have not have sex. It is very irritating and hurts me to sit or sometimes walk comfortably. My own Dr. is off for 2 months so I cannot go to her. Any suggestions?

In view of this please do the following test
Urine culture
High vaginal swab
Blood culture

Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical assessment Councelling as well as adequate drug prescription
