i have frequent vaginal/uti infection post TL. I am 38.5 years. Its almost 2 years . in vaginal swap culture and sensitivity many gram of negative baclilli are seen and E coli has been isolated. In sonography 21x11 mm cystic are in rt adnexa and 26x13mm size in left adnexa observed .
