Hello and welcome to HCM,
An urinary tract infection (UTI) cannot turn into common cold.
I suggest you to take up an urine routine examination to confirm clearance of urine infection.
Absence of pus cells and bacteria prove that infection of urinary tract is clear.
Sore throat, coughing mucus and stuffy nose are suggestive of infection of the throat.
I suggest you to take saline gargles and steam inhalation twice a day.
If soreness still persists, you need to consult your obstetrician for antibiotic prescription.
An anti-histaminic preparation may be taken for stuffy nose but after prescription from obstetrician.
Antibiotic should be taken under supervision of an obstetrician since drugs during pregnancy can affect the pregnancy.
For viral conjunctivitis, you can use artificial tears and provider rest to eyes.
Viral conjunctivitis does not require antibiotic treatment, however, consult your ophthalmologist for clinical assessment and prescription of treatment.

Thanks and take care
