How To Treat Vomiting Sensation, Indigestion And Fever?

I had taken hotel food during last 3-4 days. have indigestion, fever 103.5 F, omitting sensation. I am advised to take Paracetamol 500 tab-thrice a day, sporlac DS-thrice a day, Flagyl 400mg tab-twice a day and Emeset tabs(SOS) since yesterday. Fever not sub-siding below 103 deg F. Kindly advise. Saurabh Age-19, wt-56 kg, Height-169 cm. No earlier history.

HI,

I feel that since your complaints are still persisting even after taking paracetamol , flagyl and sporolac , then you need to get yourself investigated. it may be some kind of enteritis ( infection of the intestine ) get your complete blood count, urine, and stool test done.

Then we can follow on with your reports. Meanwhile continue taking paracetamol and take a bland diet with lots of water. you must be careful about your nutrition and hydration.
