Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

As per your complain swelling of the finger after wasp sting seems to be allergic reaction to the poisnous chemical that is injected by the wasp under the skin..
You can very well give her Zyrtec [Cetrizine] as well as you can also make her do cool compresses over the swelling..
If there is pain Ibuprofen can be taken..
Application of steroid ointment like Mometasone and also calamine lotion can soothe the skin..
Take a keen look at the sting site and in case if there is stinger still present embeded under the skin remove it gently..
It can take 2 to 3 days for the symptoms to resolve but in case of no improvement consult a Physician and get evaluated.

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
