How To Treat White Bumps On The Outer Part Of Vaginal Opening?

I have a varies of little white bumps/sores on the outer part of my vagina lips and it s spreading . It not only itch but burn I was wondering do anyone have any suggestions on where I should go to get it looked at before it gets worst. I have no health insurance but don t want it to spread all over me.ive tried to cure myself and brought vagisil and also monostate7 but nothing is seem to work. . Someone please help me

I really appreciate your concern, chances of fungal infection may be likely but such skin lesion of genital can be best managed with "Miconazole, Beclomethasone, Neomycin" apply this three time in day, hope this information helps, take care.
