How To Treat White Spots On Penis?

Dear Doctor, i noticed a couple of white spots hv appeared on my penis. It generally reveals wen i pull back the skin of penis. Initially i thot it vl go off but its been almost 2 months with no sign of it going away. Recently d skin adhesion at bottom of penis head too started whitening n pains wen i pull d foreskin back. Plz help me with any ointment to get back to my normal skin tone rather than white patch. Thank u in advance

I really appreciate your concern, such white area is some how common appearance, if this asymptomatic then this is nothing to worry because this is not because of any disease and no need to treat this, frequently pulling back the foreskin may cause the pain, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
