Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain yellowness or whiteness of teeth depends upon the thickness of the top most layer of teeth known as Enamel..
If it is thicker then the teeth appears more towards white but if it is thin then the teeth has yellowish appearrence as the inner layer to enamel known as Dentin is yellowish in colour and when enamel is thin the dentin is reflected through it and teeth appears yellow..
It is not a pathology and you need not to worry about it..
In such cases bleaching of teeth or veneering can help in making the teeth look white..

Secondly in your case you have red and yellow stains on teeth due to gutkha or tobacco chewing and it has led to extrinsic [superficial] staining of teeth and such stains are tightly attached to teeth..
For removal of stains simply brushing or home remedies are not enough and you need to consult a Dentist and get evaluated and a he can do scaling of teeth and polishing to remove stains..

For damaged teeth an x ray has to be done to check for the exact condition of teeth and if teeth can be saved then root canal treatment followed by capping can help..
In case if they are grossly decayed extracted of teeth followed by placement of artificial teeth can be an option..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
