How To Treat Yellow Mucus Discharge From Vagina When Diagnosed With Bacterial Infection?
I was diagnosed with a bacterial infection of the vagina and given metronidazole gel 0.75%to apply 5 nights. (that was last tues 7/23. Now I have no itch but a yellow mucus discharge. I have a flight to Fla tomorrow am and wondered what over the counter med I could purchase.

I really appreciate your concern, if it was diagnosed bacterial infection and give Metronidazole then it is questionable because Metronidazole is not anti-bacterial, here anti-biotic need to be administered and best would be "Tab Cefdinir 300 mg" twice in day for five days hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
