How To Use Cytopan To Terminate Pregnancy?

Hello sir I m a students of 3rd year mbbs I m married but want a baby and now my wife became fregnant 4 weeks fregnant she missing her periods if she use cytopan then cytopan can be helpful and show good result to stop my wife fregnancy Became I m a student now and don t to have a baby please sir help me what I m doing to stop it.. . please sir answer me I m waiting

I understand your concern

Cytopan contain misoprostol.
Instead of Cytopan, Abortion pill contain mifepristone and misoprostol will help in successful termination of pregnancy.
I would suggest to use the advice/supervision of gynecologist after confirming the intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan.
600 mg mifepristone should be followed by 400 ug misoprostol vaginally after 48 hour by gynecologist.
If needed then extra 400 ug should be given after 4 hours.
Dose and schedule should be decide from the amount of bleeding according to gynecologist.
Do not use as a self medication as it cause serious complication like excessive bleeding, infection, incomplete abortion.
Follow up visit at 7th day and follow up at 14 th day should be done to confirm the completeness process of abortion for safer side.
Post pill use advises:
rest for 48 hours, healthy diet with iron supplements,
meftal spas for pain, maintain proper pelvic hygiene, drink plenty of water.

So meet the gynecologist in your campus and take proper prescribed abortion pill and advises.
