Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had a yeast infection. I have used Monistat, Fluconazole and other various products of the same nature for relief. Recently I used diflucan and it has given me what appear to be lesions after inserting the ointment (vaginal suppository form). There is no direction on how long the medicine should stay inside or how to remove unnecessary residue. It had to have been 24 hours. I d showered twice. I am just wondering if it is normal and how to fix it if it s not.
