How To Use Rectal Progesterone Suppository?
I'm suppose to start taking progesterone rectally now instead of vaginally ( I recently had some bleeding and I am 5 weeks 1 day pregnant from ivf). Just not sure how far to put it in? I put one in recently and had keep checking to see if it was in right.

As rectum has vessels which directly meet with systemic blood.That is why it is good source of absorption of some medicines.
You can put inside with the help of your husband or nurse.If you want to put yourself then if the suppository is not coming out after putting in,that means it is in the right place.
