How To Use The Acne Lotion, Lacticare, And How Effective Is It?
I am having acne and red spots all over my face for years now. And when I went to see a doctor, she told told me to use Lacticare Lotion (Stiefel). But it's instructions does not say how many times I need to use it. Can you please advise me on this ? Is this really a working method ?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on face since 5 to 6 years which is mainly due to clogging of skin pores. It could be due to postinflammatory hyper-pigmentation. You can apply lacticare lotion once daily at night time. I would suggest you to avoid exposure to oily, greasy and sharp food substances. Drink plenty of water. Don't use ant cosmetics and hard substances on face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin.Take diet rich in vitamin E.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
