How To Use The Supatret Gel?
Hello. My dermatologist had prescribed me supatret and clear gel a year ago and my acne cleared up. It's started again and I went to buy supatret but I didn't know wheather to get 0.02 or 0.04 sp I ended up buying 0.04. Is it okay if I leave it on the whole night? Or should I wash it off after 2hours?

Supatret gel contains tretinoin in microporous technology, to reduce irritation. However because of inherent irritant property of tretinoin, it is advisable to use it sparingly, for 2 hours at the start of therapy.
Tretinoin is a wonderful antiacne medication due to its comedolytic as well as exfoliative action. It also increases the efficacy of other topical antiacne gels lie clindmycin or benzoyl peroxide gel by reducing the thickness of stratum corneum layers.
You can begin with 2 hours application once daily at night for 1-2 weeks, then then switch to overnight application once tolerability develops.
