I have been taking Anastrozole for almost two years following a lumpectomy and brachytherapy radiation for a stage 1 tumor. I am now experiencing osteoporosis, low blood sugar, and many of the other negative side effects. Can I simply stop taking it or is there a protocol for stopping it?
