How To Withdraw From Duphaston And Proluton During Pregnancy?

i am 7th week pregnant and my doctor giving me duphaston 20 mg daily , proluton 250 mg per week and hcg 5000 injection twice in week. i have a history of thyroid & this is my 1st pregnancy and i am 27 year old , i want to know can i stop these medicine and injection
