How Treat An Upset Stomach?

About three days ago i ate dinner, then like 5 minutes later felt sick to my stomach, THe stomach pain on a scale of 1 to 10 was a easy 7. I have no fever, smells nauseate me, I have had diarrhea and sometimes feel that I need to go but it won t come out. My stomach constantly rumbles. and I feel weak,

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a stomach flu.

I recommend using antacids such as Mylanta.

I also recommend to use antacids such as Prilosec.
