Hi,

Dermographism is physical urticaria in which, weal occurs after ribbing or friction on the skin. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. I would recommend you to take fexofenadine. Avoid the triggering factors which cause rubbing or friction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
