Hunger Pangs Continuously. Why Do I Keep Feeling Hot?
I am 15yr old Female, 5 6, 84kg. It started yesterday night, I felt really hot and I felt slight hunger pangs even though I ate 3 decent meals that day. When I woke this morning I felt really empty and hungry. I ate a decent breakfast and still felt hungry. I finished lunch and after that I felt really full. About an hour later I started feeling warm. My stomach started feeling waves of warmth and shivers . I hope that you can tell me what might be wrong.
I went through your problem descriptions. You have nothing to worry as the problem you are describing is quite normal after a tiresome and tight schedule. Just go a day or two back and analyze the happenings. You should know the reason for this.
The justification for this is pure stress related anxiety. Anxiety induces hunger pangs as it is related with the acid secretion. Just don't worry, otherwise it might come back. Do visit a physician if it is relapsing again and again.
Hope this clears your doubts. Available for further clarifications. Good luck.
