Hurt On Right Knee Few Years Back,MRI Done Twice. Still Hurts. How Long Will It Take To Recover?
sir,2.5 yrs ago a2-wheeler(activa ),fell on my right knee.
i hv done MRI TOO 2 times.
OBSERVATIONS:
healing partial tear of deep component of proximal MCL with minimal marrow edema of medical femoral condyle at attchment of MCL.
Small fluid intensity lesion in relatio n to proximal ACL ,P/O GANLIAN CYST.
INTACT acl & pcl
Currently i hv little bit issue in right knee during certain postures.
pls. guide me..........................

Hi, thanks for writing to HCM. As per the description given, a two year old injury generally should not produce any complications now as the healing process might have been complete by this time. An injury to the Deep MCL is definitely a significant one and i think this should be giving some problem now. So i suggest you to have an MRI again to see if there is any issue inside the joint (if you are much concerned only). Hope this helps
