Hurt Thoracic Spine While Trying To Get Erect After Bending. The Back Bones Are Sticking Out. What To Do?

I bent over and stood back up while taking a breath and something messed up my thorastic spine. I have really bad pain when I stand up, back, stoamach, or if I move at all. Only relief is lying on my side. when my wife feels my back 2 vertebra's that are about 6 inches apart are sticking out and if I push anywhere on my lower back it makes my middle back hurt.
