Hi,

Lower back pain could be due to slipped disc syndrome or degenerative disc disease which most commonly affects L5 - S1 spine or any spinal deformities or osteoarthritis etc. I advise you to:
- Take analgesics & muscle relaxants for a month
- Avoid lifting heavy objects, bending or twisting the back
- Take adequate bed rest & give hot fomentation
- Wear a lumbar corset always & do physiotherapy
- Do RFT & FBS, PPBS to find out causes of swollen face & legs

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
