Hurting In Hip, Back And Shoulders Due To Accident, Arm Feels Weak, Tingle, Headache With Blurred Vision

I was involved in a car accident about 48 hours ago. I stopped short as 3 kids darted across the four lane road on the bicycles in the dark I was then rear ended twice.
My hip, my lower back, my neck, my shoulders hurt and my one arm feels weak and little tingly and I've had a very bad headache with blurred vision/fuzzy since the accident.
I have issues with my upper back and neck due to DDD so pain is nothing new to me and I have a high tolerance for it, however I have pain in areas I normally do not.

It is better to get it examined clinically.Hurting in hip, back and shoulders after accident might b due to soft tissue injury or fracture.Weak and tingling arm could be due to pressure over nerve roots.
I suggest you to consult an orthopaedician nearby for a detailed examination. You may get the X-ray of the area affected under his/her guidance.Beside icing and elevating it, you can take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation. Avoid putting weight and rest well.
