Husband First Complained Of Pain In The Glands On Both

Husband first complained of pain in the glands on both sides of his gentiles they were swollen and felt a little warm.this was yesterday,today on one of his testicles he developed a boil. By tonight it opened in his boxers and drained a small bit from not one but 2 holes...now that area has becomes hard and red and very painful. Doesn't want to go to hospital but don't know if it can be treated from home..has started a zpac as well. Need to know what we can do from home or if that should not be an option.
