Hi Doc,

You are having hypersensitive area on scalp anterior to posterior part of scalp, means frontal to occipital part of scalp in a band like ...
Hypersentive scalp, you mean pain or itching?
You had otitis ?externa.. A bacterial infection of ear canal.

I think, you might have developed superficial soft tissue infection of scalp.
You may be having tenderness ..pain on touch.
Redness ..erythema may be there.

The scalp condition may be following otitis.
Rule out DM,HIV,anaemia, immunocompromised conditions and other internal diseases.

Take a course of third generation antibiotics for 1 to 2 weeks, with anti inflammatory drugs.
If you have itching, take antihistaminics.
Cleanse the scalp with antiseptic like savlon.

I feel, you may be alright.
However, you may consult dermatolost.

Thanks.
