Hypothetically patient has had 3 episodes:
1. Prolonged numbness in chin and lower lip with prickling sensation at right corner that extended to lower lip and chin. Resulted in superficial hypoesthesia of the chin and lower lip
2. stabbing pain in upper jaw and teeth that radiated out of the side of the nose 4 months later
3. three days prior Intense double vision when looking to the right. Right eye turned slightly inward when looking straight ahead that resulted in cranial nerve palsy and optic neuritis: What diagnosis would you give this patient and why?
