Hysterectomy Few Years Back And Cervix Removed. No Estrogen. Is It A Problem To Be Concerned?

Ok, here we go. I had a hysterectomy in 2009. Cervix removed. everything but the muscle was bening. ok so i am not married and donot believe in premarital sex. Actually its been a lot of years . well i finally due to hot flashes went t gyn for complete check up and of course i have no estrogen . it got very bad afte a lumbar sacral femerol nerve root tumor and schawnomma along psoas muscle surgery I had in January. So i never thought about it due to my beliefs about premariatl sex. welll the report shows vaginal atrophy plus the smear poor whateer he took hurt like bad. so my question is i am thinking about marriage.I dont know where its going but i do know that there may be a big issue that once agin i cant address with just trying do to my religious beliefs of no premarital sex. i have a feeling its an issue so what can i do ??????

Till now I didn't understand that what do want to know.
One thing is clear that "you are thinking about marriage" so what is the problem .
As you know everything about yourself as hysterectomy , vaginal atrophy , so please mention in this query that what is your question.
You can do marriage but can't conceive and as for about the sex relation it depends upon the extent of vaginal atrophy.
