I HAVE A PAIN IN THE CENTRE OF MY CHEST. WHEN I FEEL MY CHEST OR PREE ON THE MUSCLE ON THE TOP OF MY BREAST IT IS PAINFUL. MY HOME TEST BP IS 145/70. BUT I DON'T FEEL THE PAIN DEEP INSIDE. MOREOVER, I CAN BREATHE NORMALLY. I AM 74 AND HAVE LONGTERM HYPERTENSION AND INSULIN-DEPENDENT DIABETIC. MY DIABETES IS WELL CONTROLLED (4.5 - 10.3 MMOLNORMALLY)
