I HAVE BACK PAIN IN UPPER BACK ON BOTH SIDES OF SPINE. HURTS TO MOVE TWIST AND SUCH. ALSO HURTS A BIT WHEN I BREATHE DEEPLY. I LIFT WEIGHTS AND HAD AN INCIDENT ABOUT A WEEK AND HALF AGO WHERE I CURVED TO MUCH AND IT SHOT THROUGH ME HARD AND I COULD HARDLY BREATHE OR WALK BUT HAS SINCE SUBSIDED AND IS NOW BACK.
