I HAVE PEELING LIPS PROBLEM. CAN YOU HELP ME WITH THIS ?

Hi, I have a lip problem for ten years: the skin grows back, hardens, and when it gets wet, turns white, peels (It just wipes off if I touch it) and reveals raw skin (this will go on in a cycle) Skin dies every 2 to 3 days It s only half my lip, the half closer to the inside of my lip, and inside of my lip (the outer part of my lip is still normal type of skin) plz help me I can t take it any more ):

Such type of problem may occur due to deficiency of some vitamins, lip licking habits, some autoimmune disorders etc. Only after consultation cause can be traced. You apply white vaseline three to four times per day, a capsule of B-complex vitamins per day for one month and if, severe erosions are there apply Momate-F cream twice daily for 7 days.

sir, my mouth is looking very ugly , it is in the color of white and black dots, even i did not have smoking habit ! Iam 20 years old , i have this problem about 10 years .. please suggest good medicine for me doctor .....
