Hello i was wondering if you guys can help me. I'm desperate right now. I need to know why my teeth has black stains over a period of time. Even when the dentist removes it, they come back with after 2-3 weeks. Dentist aren't giving me a solution. I need help also with my lip this happened in January. I have this black dot on my lip which was suppose to be removed with stitches, but after a week it expanded into an distorted oval shape dot instead.

hello,
what you have on your lip is a birth mark. it is a form of benign hyperpigmentation.
as of your teeth it must be something you are eating like roasted food etc.
avoid smoking if you are. brush your teeth twice a day. look out for high flouride in the water you consume.
look out for hyperpigmentation on your palms and feet. get a general health check done. rule out history of hyperpigmentation in your family. if this continues or becomes worse contact your physician regarding the same.
i hope i have answered your query.
take care
