I I Have Had A Migraine For Approximately One Week.

I I have had a migraine for approximately one week. The first few days I had a fever about 101, and chills, but the last three or four days the fever is lower grade fever and general stiffness and soreness when I have not taken my ibuprofen. Starting today I also have a very difficult time opening my mouth too. It’s very sore. I have not had a cold or diarrhea recently, but feel like many of the symptoms of bacterial meningitis overlap. Is there a way to do a blood test to determine if that’s what I have and if so what is the course of treatment?
