Radiologist 's  Response
Hi,
welcome to HCM.com.
A fibroid is a BENIGN tumor of the uterus. At your age, it is probably NORMAL to have a few small fibroids. I say it is normal because it is very common. Most of these will disappear when you reach menopause.
I advice you to get a follow up ultrasound scan, preferably in the same scanning center, once a year for a few years to make sure that they are not growing in size. Otherwise, if they are not causing any problems to you, you can ignore them.
Good luck and take care.
Regards.
