I accidentally got hair removal cream into my vagina area. I am also being treated for severe vaginal atrophy. My area is painful and burning even in the anus area. I have tried sitz bath and a medicated douche. It seemed have some relief, I used my prescribed estrace cream as usual at bedtime. I was unable to sleep the burning was so intense. I had get up and remove the residue from the cream. The whole area is painful and sore. I have also taken Advil to help with the pain. Any suggestions on how to treat my problem?
