I Accidentally Had Meth In A Considerable Amount 3 Days

I accidentally had meth in a considerable amount 3 days back. I snorted it and smoked it. I'm keeping up with my diet. Took some anti allergic tabs for the mouth swelling. But I can't sleep. My heart is racing at times. I'm thinking rationally but I just want to sleep somehow. Also, took some herbal detox as well.
I took meth for the first time. Just let me know some cure for my sleep and chest pain.
