I Am 12 Weeks Post Op On My 2nd Tkr

I am 12 weeks post op on my 2nd tkr in 10 months. My 1st I was back at work at 10 weeks with great movement and minimal pain. A physical job. Now at 12 weeks on my 2nd the pain in the front of my knee and down my shin to the top of my foot is so bad and so constant. I start to lose my ability to walk bearing wait on it after I walk my dog for 10-15 minutes. Slight incline and then decline. An X-ray last week showed bursitis and fluid. I don't believe this is causing such unbearable pain and stiffness. What do you think?
