I am 15 years old And I had sexual intercourse with a guy my age about 4 days ago and we did anal but then he put it back in my vagina (unprotected sex) and then the day after I peed with a little bit of blood and it burned/sting when I peed and then two days later after I had sex with him I wasn't peeing blood anymore but it still burned a little and I read online that it could be a urinary tract infection and I have pretty much all the symptoms except I haven't had any fever and I haven't peed blood anymore but I'm scared to go to the doctor because my mom doesn't know I'm not a virgin and I'm scared if she finds out and I was wondering if there's any medicine that I can take without needing a prescription cuz I've been drinking cranberry juice and it helped a little but I still have pelvic pain. If you could please help I would really appreciate it
