I Am 18 Years Old And Had A Baby (c-sec)

I am 18 years old and had a baby (c-sec) 9 months ago. I have nerve damage somewhere in my pelvic region and I now have dropped foot and CRPS type 2 also called RSD. I am awaiting a new surgery for a DRG system. I have very intense side effects and I'm becoming extremely ill. I'm extremely sick I can feel it. My kidneys are so tender and hurt so bad. My pelvis is cramping into my groin. I am extremely skinny (5'3 95ish lbs). I understand that RSD can also cause problems in potentially any organ. I'd like to know what I should do. I can't stand up. I'm extremely ill in every way right now. I am on fentanyl patches 25 mcg/hr which makes it worse. I feel like I have something wrong internally. My female organs hurt like my kidneys do. I've tried anything and everything. Just today has been extremely worse with illness. Like I'm scared to go potty because I'm so weak and light headed (yes I eat and drink fluids) my breathing is tough. My hot flashes. It is all so extremely bad and getting extremely ill significantly fast.
My question is is it possible that I may have something going on that could've been triggered by RSD? I feel like I need to go to ER I'm so sick.
