I Am 19 Yo And I Have An Oily Skin

I am 19 yo And I have an oily skin with acne and scars of earlier acne and I am using erytop for over-night. Erytop worked for few weeks and significantly reduced my acne but now its not working.
Along with this I am also having ear dandruff + body acne on shoulder

Pls help!
