I am 20 years old and I have recently had a sore form on my gums, and just tonight when I pulled my lip down to check on it, it bled and every website said it was oral cancer, but I have had no history with chewing tobacco or drinking and only have very bad teeth due to lack of brushing and now the sore doesn't hurt but its still there. I was wondering if this is oral cancer or something else?
