I am 23 and in the second pregnancy. I had one miscarriage previous. I am currently 11 weeks and 4 days pregnant with a single child. At my appointment we couldn't find a heartbeat with a fetal Doppler. I have been worried that something happened and need reassurance that it is normal or if I should go back in and get an ultrasound done. I have had some light cramping that I take for round ligament pain. Please help put my mind at ease. Thank you
