i have puss/white flid coming from my ear since childhood now i m 23 years old, it comes normaly after taking bath, today i hear some voices comes from 1 of my ear kindly tell me what i have to do, i am worried

You require an ENT consultation, this can be a chronic suppurative otitis media. Avoid water into the ears when you take bath. You can use a Vaseline smeared cotton ball outside the ear and take bath.
