I Am 24 Years Old, 5'2" & 115 Pounds. Mother

I am 24 years old, 5'2" & 115 pounds. Mother of one three year old. About a year and a half ago, summer 2014ish I started on the birth control shot. After about a month of that my periods starting getting longer and longer I rarely went longer than a week without at least spotting, this is still going on. The nurse wanted me to try three rounds to see if my periods would regulate and after that we stopped. December 2015. At my prior checkup she had noticed high levels of billirubin and protein in my urine and wanted me to get that checked on. I was also getting random bouts of headaches, nausea and occasional vomiting. I went to an urgent care and was told it was possibly stress related and put on celexa which after two months I felt no difference and quit. I was also giving zofran for nausea and floricet for the headaches. I went on until about February just handling the symptoms until I starting throwing up every morning and missing work. (Several pregnancy tests have been done, rarely have sex due to loss of sex drive and sickness). Went back to Urgent Care and saw a new doctor who was more concerned about the high billirubin in my urine and sent me for an ultrasound. Upon receiving my ultrasound she became concerned about the my liver size and possibly gallbladder. I was then sent to a gi specialist. There an endoscopy was ordered. All that was found on that was stomach inflammation from what the doctor said was from me taking too much headache medicine. And said he wasn't worried about my liver size because I wasn't overweight. Prescribed more zofran, and nexium for inflammation and told me to quit taking all headache medicine. I did as followed and was constipated(something I never experience). Called to see if it could be side effects of the new prescription. I was told no and I could switch to zantac. Which I took and saw no change in my symptoms. A hydascan was ordered due to the excessive nausea and vomiting. When they tested the gallbladder I thought I was going to throw up on the table and was in severe pain. Tests came back showing no gallbladder issues. Doctor stated they had no clue what else to do for me. So after a family members suggestions and starting have pain and what felt somewhat like contractions I decided to go talk to a gynecologist to see if all my symptoms could be linked to my ridiculously long periods. I saw the gynecologist about two weeks ago and he put me on the birth control pill to try to regulate my periods and performed a physical. But said he doesn't think my symptoms were related to the bleeding issue. Tonight I threw up grey stuff. All I have eaten today is a pancake and bacon. What is wrong with me??
