I Am 27 Male Wt. 220lb. I Have Elevated ALT/AST

I am 27 male wt. 220lb. I have elevated ALT/AST that went from 45/86 on 2/5/16, to 56/100 on 2/10/16 with Fatty Liver determined after an Ultrasound. Since that time I have consumed no alchohol/painkillers, started exercising 1-2 hours 3-4 times a week, eating healthy foods specifically non-fatty, and have lost about 20lbs. Upon a 1 month retest on 3/14/16 I increased to 88/133. I have been referred to a specialist for 4/6/16. I experience little to no symptoms as this was found on a routine physical exam. I have slight lower back pain but assumed its from working out for the first time ever. I have Anxiety for not fairly judging myself which is new to my life and horrible timing. I began taking Adderall 30XR on 2/10 for ADD (non-hyperactive) and am curious if that may be a potential cause.

Thank you for your input.
