I Am 28 Weeks Pregnant With Twins. Im Already Experience

I am 28 weeks pregnant with twins. Im already experience some preterm labor. I have recently been getting over a cold. I have had a fever now for the past 10 hrs or so. Is there a chance it can harm the babies, or put me into labor? I have also bee experiencing some really bad pelvic pain, small contractions that are not consistant at the moment, and some diahrea.. (Not sure if that says anything different)
