Hi! Don't worry, you are a normal man; I am not a doctor, but I can tell you, even though your case is not extremely common, there are others like you! "Micropenis" (seriously) means a smaller than average penis, and most are exactly the same length as yours... In a nutshell, you had smaller amounts of
Testosterone in your body, and defects in the hormone when you were in the womb; giving you the penis you have... Your
scrotum (likely) is normal sized, and this is normal! Because of your age, you likely will never be able to have a "normal" sized penis; but at a young age (near birth and in toddler years) Testosterone "replacements" can be prescribed. If you're scrotum is not normal sized either, you could have
hypogonadism or
gynecomastia.
If you're willing to go under the knife,
phalloplasty or a penis enlargement are options for you to consider; but if you come to love your body for what it is, something like this shouldn't matter. Really, it's no different that women wanting bigger breasts, or smaller stomachs... Everyone has something about their body they wish was different... I hope for your sake that you find someone who respects you for who you are and loves you despite the size of your penis. It's a pity that this is such an important part of a sex life.
Cheers, hope all is well, Kate.
